We are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a larger new construction project in Gothenburg on behalf of our client. The role is with a growing Swedish construction company that has overall responsibility for project execution and focuses on quality, structure, and progress.

As a site manager, you will be responsible for the daily production on the construction site. You will lead skilled workers and subcontractors, ensure that the work follows the schedule, quality, and occupational health and safety requirements, and coordinate activities in production in close dialogue with the site manager.

We are looking for someone with several years of experience as a site manager in new construction, preferably from larger and more complex projects. You are confident in your role, structured, and accustomed to working with planning, coordination, and follow-up.

The assignment offers long-term stability, solid projects, and the opportunity to work in an organization with short decision-making paths and a professional project focus.
